Join Ashley for a pop-up group circuit class using a variety of Pilates equipment and props. Class is Saturday 8/17 at 11AM. You’ll have mat, tower, reformer, chair and small props to workout on! This self-guided workout requires an understanding of the exercises and execution for some independent work. You will move through guided stations at a quick pace and work up a fun sweat!
