Pilates is a low impact movement system that focuses on strengthening your core muscles while improving posture, balance and flexibility. Classical Pilates is a brilliantly designed whole body exercise system that I truly believe can be with you for your whole life.

Once you’ve booked your first session, you will receive a welcome email from us including forms to fill out ahead of time. If you have known osteopenia or osteoporosis, please bring your last DEXA scan results for us to review.

As a very full studio, we recommend you book out your package in advance for several visits. Open times don’t stay open for long with us!

Pricing

Join Us! Special – $240 / Three private sessions with a Comprehensive Certified Pilates Instructor. This one-time offer is only available to new clients and expires in 6 weeks.

Private Session – $92 | $350 for a 4 pack (5% off) | $662 for a 8 pack (10% off)
Duets (per person) – $60 | $228 for a 4 pack (5% off) | $432 for an 8 pack (10% off)

*4-pack packages need to be used within 6 weeks, 8-packs within 10 weeks. After this, any unused sessions will be converted to an account balance to be used towards full priced services.*

Ashley, Owner Pricing – Privates $110, Duets $70, Trio $50. Join Us! Special is not applicable.

Semi-private small group classes are billed monthly and are limited to current clients who are approved for class levels. Classes are $35/week for those approved. $45 for drop-ins for those approved but are not enrolled in a weekly class.
