Small-group classes
Our small classes are rooted in the classical Pilates method, with careful attention to form, safety, and steady progression. We are not membership-based; consistent weekly attendance helps build strength, coordination, and confidence.

A classical full-body equipment class for core integration, spinal strength, alignment, and controlled movement. Welcoming to new clients without injuries; prior Pilates experience and familiarity with foundational exercises are recommended.
An advanced, faster-paced sequence for seasoned practitioners comfortable with the full order and complex transitions. Instructor approval is recommended.
A supportive class for adults 65 and older, with more time for transitions, standing work, balance, and functional movement. Modifications and osteoporosis-safe movement protocols are used.
A classical Pilates mat and tower workout using springs, bars, and props to build strength, flexibility, and control. Suitable for all levels.
A focused, strength-driven workout using Wunda and MVE chairs. Seated and standing exercises challenge core stability, hip strength, shoulder integration, balance, and coordination.
