01 / THE DETAILS

A format should fit the person.

Individual sessions provide the most time for personal feedback. Group classes add a shared rhythm and are organized around a particular level or piece of equipment. Specialized instruction begins with a more detailed conversation about your movement history.

You do not need to decide from a description alone. Tell us whether you are a beginner, returning after time away, or looking for a particular kind of support. We can help you understand the options before you book.
